Graham Beck Blanc de Blancs 2015, Robertson, South Africa - $25/BTL

100% Chardonnay. At Graham Beck, these grapes are harvested by hand. The Chardonnay grows on rich limestone deposits which brings out its beautiful bright acidity. 50% of the wine is fermented in stainless steel and another 50% goes into oak barrel. This brings out a more creamy, complex, satin feel on the palate. The wine is then blended and stays on the lees for 4 years. Then they bottle age it for another 2 years. This gives it more texture and complexity and brings out a more creamy, brioche flavor with a bright finish.

Vietti Roero Arneis DOCG 2020, Piedmont, Italy - $21/BTL

A delicious wine from a phenomenal producer. Arneis is such a fabulous native white varietal in Piemonte. Roero is considered the birthplace of Arneis. It is the most famous white wine in the land of the reds. Straw color. Aromas of saline, wet stone, and jasmine. On the palate, notes of peach and apricot and a bit of almond. This wine is definitely a food friendly wine! Drink now.

Pierre Frain Sancerre Montagne Silicieuse 2019, Loire, France - $26/BTL

A new addition to our shelves! The nose is grassy and mineral. The palate is crisp, refreshing, and loaded with lemon lime flavors added to the nose. A beauty from Loire!

Fento Wines 'Bico da Ran' Albariño 2020, Rias Baixas, Spain - $18/BTL

From winemaker Eulogio Pomares (Bodegas Zárate). It's a great wine for a sunny day. This is the main variety of local producers in the area. Sandy and granite soils give this wine some zippy acidity. Tropical passion fruits and citrus fill the glass. A subtle salinity on the finish. This is such a great pairing with shellfish.

Angela Vineyards Pinot Noir 2017, Willamette Valley, Oregon - $38/BTL

From the Graham Beck family! Graham Beck's son, Antony is the proprietor and Angela Estate is named after his wife. From winemaker Alban Debeaulieu. This is his first vintage with the estate. They source from two organically farmed vineyards within Yamhill-Carlton AVA. This wine is uncharacteristic representation to Willamette Valley as it is darker in fruit and has more baking spice on the finish. It's a Pinot Noir that has more heft and is slightly fleshier. Perfect for an Asian food pairing!

Dunham Cellars Syrah 2018, Columbia Valley, Washington - $38/BTL

This is a sleeper! Dunham Cellars is all estate fruit. Notes of dark fruit, fig jam, and cola that jolts out of the glass. Flavors of vanilla, cocoa, and herbs blend together and add a great balance. Very fine silky tannins that are restrained. Pair with lamb, barbecue or braised beef, or duck.
