WESSMAN ONE BRUT ROSE CHAMPAGNE NV - $94/BTL

For this particular wine, Pinot Noir grapes from Grand Cru-rated vineyards in Ay were used, along with Chardonnay grapes from Cote de Blanc vinified in Ay. The wine was disgorged in 2017 and was made from the 2015 vintage. The wine's intense and sparkling salmon-pink color is complemented by warm copper-colored reflections. Its aroma is delicate, with fruity and delectable notes. There is an ideal balance between red fruit and citrus notes, giving it an intense, pure taste. The wine's flawless subtlety and extended finish on the palate puts it among the top champagnes. The winemaker previously worked for LVMH and was on the Dom Perignon blending team.ADD TO CART

Emilio Moro El Zarzal godello 2019 - $29/BTL

I had the privelege of meeting Alberto Medina Moro, the U.S. Sales Director for Emilio Moro wines and he tasted me on this beautiful Godello. The grapes are carefully handpicked from the Zarzal vineyard located in the heart of the Bierzo region. They are picked from the slope of the vineyard which to me had more of a Burgundy-like complexity. The wine is aged in 2,500L French oak foudres with the lees. The wine has beautiful aromatics (citrus, green apple, and white peach, accompanied by subtle floral and herbal notes). The palate is inviting and makes you want more.It is a crisp and refreshing wine with a lively acidity. The flavors of citrus and green apple are accompanied by mineral notes, adding more depth and complexity to the wine. The finish is pleasant and lingering, leaving a subtle hint of citrus.ADD TO CART

4 Monos gr-10 tinto 2020 - $26/BTL

GR-10 is a blend of Garnacha, Cariñena, and Syrah grapes, which are sourced from high altitude vineyards in Sierra de Gredos, Spain. The wine's intense and opaque color is absolutely stunning. This wine has very expressive and complex bouquet of aromas that includes ripe red and dark fruit notes, such as blackberry, raspberry, and black cherry, as well as a touch of spice and earthiness. The aromas are well-balanced, and each note is distinguishable. It is a full-bodied wine with a remarkable depth of flavor. The fruit flavors are rich and juicy, accompanied by a firm tannic structure that adds to the wine's complexity. The wine's acidity is well-balanced, bringing freshness and vibrancy to the wine. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lasting impression of ripe fruit and spice flavors.ADD TO CART

Stefano amerighi syrah cortona 2017 - $37/BTL

This wine is crazy! It's like they took the minerality of a northern Rhone wine and the fruit from a Washington Syrah. It is a beautiful expression of Syrah, showcasing the unique characteristics of the Cortona region in Italy. Spicy, earthy undertones along with a complex aroma of dark fruit. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and elegant, with a great balance of acidity and tannins. The flavors of dark fruit, such as blackberry and black cherry, are accompanied by notes of vanilla and a subtle smokiness. The wine's texture is silky and smooth, with a long, lingering finish that showcases the wine's depth and complexity.ADD TO CART
