The Bruck vineyards are steeply terraced and south facing, allowing the grapes to ripen beautifully and being located on the edge of the wine growing area makes them one of the most exciting and unique vineyards. The palate is smooth and harmonious, with notes of peach, ripened apricot, and delicious apples. In addition to its persistent minerality and racy acidity, this wine has a full body and a lasting finish that balances both elements.

Galaxia Rosé is made in the demarcated region of Dao, in the province of Beira Alta, in central Portugal. Using Alfrochiero, Jaen, and Baga varieties, the wine is elegant, complex, and inviting. Citrus and white flower aromas are evident on the nose of this pale rosé. This wine has a beautiful strength to it that you'll be able to taste when you try it. It's persistent, and it has a fruity yet salty finish that is really delicious.

A wine perfect for CIA operatives...or everyday wine drinkers! A blend of Shiraz and one of the oldest wine grapes in the world, Georgia's Saperavi, seems like a Black Ops, a covert operation that may employ measures not generally approved. There is a heady aroma rising from the glass, a blend of camphor-sandalwood, earth, black plums, aniseed, and gamey scents. There's an exotic, intoxicating mix of fruit and savory flavors, well-integrated oak, and silky tannins that glide across the palate. When Saperavi is young, it can be quite overpowering, but by partnering with Shiraz, it gains a sympathetic ally.

Composition: 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% CarmenereFrom 130-year-old vines, the location is influenced by the surrounding hills. The soils give a great condition for the Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere to develop as the roots dig down and get plenty of minerality and nutrients from the soil. The essence of Espiritu de Apalta has a powerful, focussed style, which is reminiscent of blackberries and licorice with cassia bark. A stellar wine!
