Today, we celebrate Cinco de Mayo and we thought, sure, everyone can celebrate by drinking a Mexican cerveza but why not a sparkling wine? No Champagne here! How's about a little Gruet from Mexico? Not quite! NEW MEXICO. But nonetheless, a sparkling wine goes for a celebratory occasion. This wine offers bright, crisp, acidity with a nice yeast finish. It is 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir.
