Opolo Vineyards Flight/Tasting (01/25/21, 5:30-7p.m.)

We will be pouring three wines from Opolo Vineyards, an award winning winery out of Paso Robles, CA. Opolo was established by Rick Quinn and David Nichols in 1995. With over 300 acres of land throughout Paso Robles, they are privy to a wide range of climate, soil, and and growing potential.  The topographically diverse, coastal landscape of the westside vineyards provides for an intense and unique flavor profile. The heat and dryness of the east side vineyard make it an ideal microclimate for growing Bordeaux varietals.
