We had the privilege of tasting these fantastic Champagnes last week and they blew us away.  Seize the opportunity to drink these beautiful bubbles at a killer price!  Limited Supply!2006 Grand VintageWith an assemblage of 42% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir, 19% Pinot Meunier, this Champagne has all of the delicious ripened fruit notes you can ask for. It is a Brut Champagne which means it has a dosage of 5 grams/liter, a little less than a 1/2 teaspoon of sugar per 5 ounces to round out the flavor. You get notes of peach, tangerine, and banana followed by a toastiness (Brioche anyone?), which then evolves into these floral herbal tones. It is vibrant, crisp, has plenty of acidity, and a lovely creamy finish.2008 Grand VintageThe 2008 vintage is a lively glass of glory. It consists of 40% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir, and 21% Pinot Meunier. Same dosage at 5 grams/liter. It has a gorgeous bouquet which consists of honeysuckle, orange zest, stone fruits, and a toasted almond-y note. The berry flavors and grapefruit gives it a nice zesty and acidic backbone which then leads to a pleasant lingering finish.
